VACOTEL started in 2015 when four friends had a big idea: to make the world more connected, safer, and faster online. What began as late-night talks and scribbles on a whiteboard has grown into an international company providing secure broadband radio Internet access and professional IT integration services to clients around the globe.

OUR SHORT HISTORY

2015
After the successful launch of projects in IP telephony, we decided to expand our activities in the field of telecommunications. As a result, we established a new international telecom company — VACOTEL — specializing in wholesale VoIP and SMS traffic transit trading. 2018
In 2018, we launched VACOTEL OOD in Bulgaria to strengthen our presence in Europe. This branch helps expand our clients’ networks and offers a full range of voice and SMS services across the region. Our goal is to make sure our customers are fully satisfied and able to grow and succeed alongside us.

2021
We made our first appearance at the Wholesale World Congress in Madrid and the CEE GCCM in Berlin, both important opportunities for us to connect with industry peers. These meetings led to productive discussions, stronger partnerships, and higher service standards. Around the same time, we also welcomed new team members who brought fresh ideas and energy to VACOTEL.

2022
It was a demanding time for the company, marked by the challenges of a full-scale invasion—but we kept moving forward. The year started with the GCCM conference in London, setting the tone for continued growth. From there, we went on to GCCM Europe and returned to Berlin for our second CC-Mobile Messaging Summit, building on the connections we had made before. Our path then took us to Kazakhstan for the GCCM CIS conference, and finally back to Madrid for our second Wholesale World Congress. Each step was more than just another event—it was proof that even in difficult times, VACOTEL keeps expanding its reach, strengthening partnerships, and adding to a growing list of achievements.

2024
Our participation in key industry conferences around the world has been an important part of our journey. In 2023 and 2024, we took part in events like Capacity Middle East in Dubai, GCCM Almaty, WWC Madrid, and the Affiliate World Conference in Barcelona—our first time at that event. We also expanded our presence across Asia by attending Capacity Asia in Singapore and Affiliate World Asia in Bangkok, before returning to Capacity Middle East in Dubai in 2024.
Beyond that, we continued to strengthen our global connections with appearances at the ITW Conference, GCCM Europe in Berlin, GCCM CIS, and another Wholesale World Congress in 2024. Each event has helped us grow, connect, and reinforce our place in the telecom industry worldwide.
